Westway LAB is celebrating its 9th edition, exploring how music can reinforce the importance of artistic creation, knowledge and proximity, enabling Guimarães to once again become the city of music. This Spring, a powerful cultural, social and economic ecosystem will be formed, consisting of artists, professionals and the public, in a vibrant urban coexistence.
The event’s experience curve includes six original projects created in six artistic residencies that will be shown on April 6 and 7, with free admission. There will also a strong programme of PRO Conferences, with sessions taking place at the Palácio Vila Flor (April 6-8). The Festival will feature more than 20 bands and artists, who will perform live in the urban area (April 8 and 9).
