One of the most important issues in contemporary societies, and particularly in the music industry, is mental health, which gains even more impact when tour crews are on extended tours and need to expend a great deal of physical and mental effort. We discuss the problem and how to address it, based on a panel of professionals who have been on the front lines of the issue.
