Tiago Sampaio (aka St. James Park) is a Portuguese musician, producer and composer, who has just released “Rewind”. This new album offers a new creative journey through electronic music, composed of evidently more acidic and exalted rhythms that transport us to endless nights of clubbing. On his debut LP, “Highlight”, he played more introspective and intimate themes, with a dreampop aura guided by softer beats. By contrast, “Rewind” appeals to a night-time yearning for the dance floor. Fearlessly venturing into new paths, St. James Park is hitting the road with this new work, which represents a turning point in the way that he sees and creates his music.
